Replens Long-Lasting Vaginal Moisturizer is estrogen-free and provides long-lasting moisture. When you apply Replens Long-Lasting Vaginal Moisturizer, it immediately goes to work to provide long-lasting moisture, for the vaginal cells to absorb and return to natural function. As with dry skin that you experience on your face and hands, regular application may be necessary to continue providing moisture.

For most women, Replens Long-Lasting Vaginal Moisturizer should be used every three days. However, depending on the severity of your dryness, Replens can be used more or less frequently, as necessary. Replens is safe to use daily.

Replens can be used any time of day or night. Because Replens delivers long-lasting moisture, there is no need to apply it just prior to intercourse. We recommend using Replens at least 2 hours prior to intercourse to allow proper moisturization.

1. Wash hands before use
2. Remove the pre-filled applicator from the sealed wrapper. DO not remove the tab at this time.
3. Grip the applicator firmly by the thick end. Flick the thin tip end of the applicator down several times to ensure contents are in the tip.
4. Twist the tab at the tip of the applicator to remove it. *DO NOT use scissors or sharp tools to cut the applicator open.
5. Sitting or lying on your back with knees bent, gently insert open end of applicator well into the vagina.
6. Squeeze the thick end of the applicator firmly 2-3 times to deposit gel.
7. Remove the applicator and discard immediately in waste container.

Note: The applicator is designed to deposit the recommended amount of moisturizer. When used as directed, a small amount of moisturizer will remain in the applicator after use. Discard this excess product along with the applicator and do not attempt to reuse the applicator.

1. Wash hands before use
2. For first use, break protective aluminum seal on tube by puncturing it with opposite end of cap (Figure 1).
3. Unwrap the applicator and snap open onto the tube. Gently squeeze Replens Long-Lasting Vaginal Moisturizer into the applicator. The applicator contains the recommended amount when the plunger stops (approx. ½ inches) (Figure 2). Do Not roll up the tube as this may cause the tube to crack.
4. While sitting, standing or lying on your back with knees bent, gently insert open end of the applicator into the vagina as deeply as it will go comfortably. Holding the applicator in place with one hand, press the plunger until it stops with the other to dispense Replens Long-Lasting vaginal Moisturizer (Figure 3). Withdraw the applicator.
5. Immediately after use, pull the plunger all the way out of the barrel (Figure 4) and wash both parts of the applicator in warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry. The applicator should be completely dry before reassembly. To reassemble, push the plunger back into the barrel as far as it will go.
6. Applicator should be disposed of once the Replens Long-Lasting Vaginal Moisturizer has been completely used up.
